Replacement Policy

At Himalibuti, we are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. We offer product replacements under the following conditions:

In-Transit Damage:
If your product is damaged during shipping, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to request a replacement.

Quality Issues:
Should you encounter any quality-related concerns, our internal quality control team will assess the product. Upon verification, a replacement may be issued.

Please note that the original product must be returned before a replacement can be processed.

Replacement Exclusions:

  • Products that have been used are not eligible for replacement.

Return Policy

All purchases made from Himalibuti are non-returnable, with the following exceptions:

  • Incorrect products delivered.
  • Damaged products upon delivery.

In these cases, we will accept returns and provide the appropriate solution.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

Quality Issues:
Refunds may be granted for products determined to have quality issues, pending verification by our internal checks.

Order Cancellation by the Company:
If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will only be processed after the product has been returned and received by our team.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-8 business days, subject to a successful quality check.
  • Cash refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not offered.
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts; the account holder's name must match the customer's name.
  • Refunds will not be issued for packages lost in transit after being returned.
